Each set offered comes with four types of sushi: Salmon sashimi (watermelon sorbet and yuzu sorbet), Tuna inari sushi (pistachio and vanilla gelato wrapped in inari skin), Tamago sushi (mango and coconut sorbet), and Lobster salad (lychee gelato). rose and vanilla wrapped in seaweed.
The adorable set is served with a side of "soy sauce and wasabi", which is just some chocolate sauce with whipping cream.
Each set costs S$11.90, and it is only available for dine-in at the cafe, which can seat about 40-ish pax.
The sushi gelato set is a limited time item only available until March 20 at Threepointtwo gelato and coffee.
It's the second installment in the cafe's Twelve Surprises 2022 series, in which each month of the year features a different manner of eating gelato. Apart from sushi gelato, the charming blue-and-pink-hued cafe also serves gelato buns, waffles, and durian puffs.
