What is beauty in the pot? Can beauty be found in a pot? Yes it can, find out more about this whole new health and beauty hotpot dining experience at Beauty in The Pot.
Specially designed are the two soup bases, Beauty Collagen Broth and Spicy Nourishing Broth ($20 per pot for each flavour) to satisfy customers’ needs for food with health and beauty benefits.
They are specially prepared with quality ingredients on a daily basis. More than six hours of hard work goes the making of the dense and collagen-rich Beauty Collagen Broth which comprises shark’s cartilage as the main ingredient. The Spicy Nourishing Broth with Szechuan chilli oil composes of luxurious Chinese herbs including red dates, wolfberries, ginseng, dang gui and dang shen and has three levels of spiciness to choose from.
A wide variety of ingredients ranging from meat and seafood to vegetables and noodles are available to match the soup bases.
Some of the signature dishes include the Homemade Fish Tofu ($1.80 per piece) which is prepared daily from yellowtail fish, soya bean and egg white for the perfect melt-in-the-mouth texture. Notice how it takes the shape of a fish? Watch it swim into the soup base and absorb all the goodness of the soup.
Try out the different ingredients such as the US Wagyu Ribeye ($24 for full portion), US Kurobuta Pork ($18 for full portion), Red Garoupa ($28 for small), Fresh Sea Prawns ($26 for full portion), Assorted Dumplings Platter ($10) and the all-time hotpot favourite Tang-O ($6 for full portion).
