At Spuds & Aprons, you can choose either Farmstyle Chicken Roulade Stuffed with Chestnuts or Grain-fed 150-day Australian Sirloin Steak for your main from the Festive Set Menu.
On Christmas Eve, Faber Bistro’s Festive Set Menu offers you the choice of Roast Fillet of Barramundi or U.S. Turkey Roulade Stuffed with Caramelised Onion and Hazelnuts for your main.
Fireworks All Around On New Year’s Eve, be serenaded by fireworks display all around and countdown parties on the hilltop as you usher in the New Year with the people who matter the most.
Dining on Cloud 9 on their Thematic Cable Car Cabins
Take a ‘joyride’ in their cable cars to a new culinary “height” with our Dining on Cloud 9 festive set menu. Enjoy an exquisite four-course meal under the stars on three round trips in the cable car. Select from Char Grilled Beef Tenderloin topped with Foie Gras or Baked Miso Cod Fish for your main from the Festive Set Menu and end the night on a sweet note with a Hazelnut Nougat Parfait.
For the month of December, 30 cable car cabins will be decked in festive decorations with various themes to usher in the joyous mood. You can take as many happy selfies as you want while cruising in the cable cars and taking in the spectacular views around Faber Peak!
