LeVeL33, home to the world’s highest urban micro-brewery and one of Singapore’s finest modern European kitchen, will join in Singapore’s 50th Anniversary celebrations this August. For both the 1st and 9th of the month, LeVeL33 will be the perfect perch in the midst of Marina Bay, to take in the spectacular fireworks, the fiesta, great food and cocktails.

Saturday, 1st August, 5pm onwards The moment you arrive at LeVeL33, a chilled craft beer or glass of wine will welcome you as you walk out to the alfresco deck, the ideal spot to bask in the Singapore warmth and enjoy the breathtaking fireworks. $33++ per person
National Day
Sunday, 9th August, 5pm onwards The Singapore Platter, perfect for two, will be a spread of tender black vinegar roast pork, chicken rice arancini and pickled chili mayo, crunchy cereal prawn with fragrant lemongrass emulsion and smoky beef and hazelnut satay. The soft, puffy, pan-seared coconut brioche with a dollop of pandan jam completes this sumptuous platter. $50++ for 2
Cocktails
If sipping refreshing cocktails and enjoying the fireworks across Marina Bay is the plan, LeVeL33 will pour up the perfect Singapore Sling ($50++ for two glasses) or a chilled flute of Barons de Rothschild NV champagne ($50++ for two glasses).
