The limited edition 6” boots are exclusively for women and come in two printed patterns that are highly recognisable yet often disregarded: Honeycomb and Grass. Drawing inspiration from National Geographic’s portrayal of bee hives, Pharrell Williams designed the 6” Honeycomb Canvas Boot with the honey comb pattern wrapped round the boots, creating a mesmerizing geometric effect. Timberland adopts another intrinsic facet of nature and conceived the second pair of 6” Grass Canvas Boots, using the green grass as a canvas for the boots to represent their commitment to a greener world.
Apart from style, nature plays a significant part in inspiring the way Timberland makes the boots. This unique boot is made with Bionic Canvas that contains yarns made with a 50% organic cotton outer wrap, 38% recycled PET core and 12% HT polyester to provide increased strength, abrasion resistance and decreased dry time.
Fitted with padded collars and tongues for comfort, 100% recycled PET linings, 400 grams of PrimaLoft® insulation, 100% recycled PET laces, durable rubber lug outsoles and a steel shank for arch support, this exceptional collection promises aesthetic ingenuity with superior comfort while retaining the rugged yet refined vibe.
The Timberland x Bee Line 6” Canvas Boots will launch globally on 22 May 2015. It will be available in Singapore exclusively at the ION Orchard & Raffles City boutiques at an extremely limited quantity.
