According to them, more than 18 hours of hard work goes into the making of the braised beef soup broth. It starts with the baking of beef marrow and beef bones for a minimum of 7 hours and the oil collected from the baking is then left aside and solidified into a rich orange coloured butter.
This is the braised beef combination noodles. Rice noodles was chosen and as you can see, it was a generous proportion of noodles with beef slices and the soup tasted very delicious.
Besides their broth, beef and noodles, they also have a secret dipping sauce which leaves one asking for more. It is homemade and produces a salty flavour, followed by a mild spicy and finally a sweet pleasant aftertaste.
This is the dry noodles version of it and comes without beef but beef can be ordered separately and will come in a bowl of soup.
The beef was very tender and there was no worry that it would be too thick or difficult to chew. The noodles came in a very special sauce that gave it flavour and made it taste really good.
