In celebration of the 40th anniversary of DC Comics Super Heroes, Asia’s first-ever DC comics Super Heroes cable car experience is happening this May, in collaboration with Singapore Cable Car! From 31st May 2014 to 31st March 2015, 45 cable car cabins will be decked out in DC Comics Super Heroes graphic wraps and decals – both interior and exterior.
What will be setting you off your seats in the cable cars is the first in-cabin Augmented Reality (AR) technology that is set to bring the DC Super Heroes characters and their mission to life!
The AR technology requires you to download an app, which will be able to scan the QR codes in the cable car cabins. This will activate the augmented reality – bringing your super heroes to fight in the air or be with you in the cabin! Expect to take videos and selfies with the application (iOS and Android-friendly) to share your moments with the Super Heroes online. Kids will definitely have a ball of fun scrambling in mid-air looking for their favourite Super Heroes!
There will be some Meet-and-Greet sessions to immerse in the fun, an interactive-motion experience by PictureWorks and exclusive campaign merchandises for the young (and young at heart!) at Faber Peak.
