The Sound of Music

If you’re into musicals, then you know that The Sound of Music is a staple. This London-based production will be playing at the Lyric Theatre, Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts until the 21st of June. Heralded as “one of the best-loved musicals of all time,” this on-stage masterpiece originally opened in 1959 and later became a movie classic.

Bruce Lee: Kung Fu. Art. Life.

The Hong Kong Heritage Museum is organizing an exhibition that looks the martial arts icon, Bruce Lee. Lee’s film have become emblematic and templates for modern action films. As a cultural phenomenon, Lee’s spirit continues to dominate – from merchandise to film sales. This exhibit comes to Hong Kong with over 600 pieces of memorabilia and collectors items. You will be able to gain insight into his achievements and contributions as well as his significance in popular culture. The exhibit will be showing from June 20 to July 21 at The Hong Kong Heritage Museum.

 2015 Lei Yue Mun Seafood Festival

It’s unheard of to come to Hong Kong and not savor the seafood. Lei Yue Mun has enjoyed a strong reputation for outdoor dining since the 1960s.
